Unrestricted Web Access

Content that depicts references to or consumption of illegal drugs by adults.

Content that portrays blood in either an unrealistic or accurate/realistic manner.

Graphic Imagery

Content that depicts references to, or use of, alcohol, tobacco, and/or legal drugs.

Brief or prolonged depictions of partial or graphic nudity; references to sex or sexual situations.

Nudity/Sexual Content

Experience allows users to upload content that is visible by others.

User-Generated Content

Use of profanity that is not overtly offensive.

Depictions or dialogue involving vulgar antics, including “bathroom” humor, or “adult” humor, including sexual references.

Crude or Mature Humor

Gambling mechanisms that do not include real-world money or assets. Note that actual wagering, even in permitted jurisdictions, is not supported by Magic Leap at this time.

Simulated Gambling

Cartoon based content that portrays violent actions where the characters may or may not be harmed as a result, or violence in obviously fictional scenarios, that is clear to the user it is fantasy and not real life.

Fantasy or Cartoon Violence

Indecent content containing sexual or excretory material that does not rise to the level of obscenity.

Indecency

Specific offensive terms that do not rise to the level of hate speech – this will be subject to ML review on a case-by-case basis considering, among other things, context.

Other Offensive Language

Depictions of, references to, or first-person actions involving violence of a realistic nature.

Realistic Violence

Users are given restricted access to web content.

Restricted Web Access

Content that is mild to moderately fear-inducing or otherwise overwhelming for most users.
